We use Your Local Pharmacy to provide our patients with a truly convenient way to manage their prescriptions. You can access Your Local Pharmacy by using your computer browser or by downloading their handy app from your app store.

With Your Local Pharmacy, you can do the following:

  • Request refills online or using the app
  • View your medications as well as their status
  • Contact your pharmacy with questions

How to get started

  1. Register a free account >> Click Here
  2. Download Your Local Pharmacy from your app store
  3. Search for Health Journey Pharmacy within the app
    • Enter zip code 43230
    • Enter “health” in the name field then select Health Journey Pharmacy from the result
    • Use DoB + Name OR DoB + prescription number to view and request refills
